Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years of progressive experience in data entry, admin, or clerical work
• Experience with donor management software is preferred
• Strong writing and proofreading skills and ability to produce fundraising communications

Responsibilities

• Gift processing, donor records, and data integrity in CRM
• Produce fundraising communications and acknowledgments
• Manage reports and donor data for stewardship
• Support events and campaigns and collaborate with agency partners
• Provide administrative support to the Philanthropy & Communications team
