Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent; 2–4 years in administrative, project coordination, or nonprofit fundraising work.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite; experience with CRM systems.
• Must have valid driver’s license for local travel and ability to work evenings/weekends for events.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate donor stewardship activities and donor acknowledgement processes.
• Maintain donor, prospect, campaign, and event records in philanthropy databases; generate reports.
• Support gift processing, pledges tracking, and grant administration workflows with Finance and other partners.
• Plan and coordinate donor engagement events; manage registrations and communications.
