Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the team, including fund openings and follow-up; coordinate events and maintain advisor contacts.
• Frontline donor support via email and phone; route inquiries and share marketing materials; log proposals in Salesforce.
• Support for grant entries, donor lists, mailings, and fund statements.
• Assist with donor engagement cases and weekly/monthly fund reports.
• Research prospective donors and advisors; prepare concise summaries.
• Assist digitization projects and fund folders.
• Maintain donor databases and dashboards; provide regular reports and analyses.
