Job summary

Southern New Hampshire Health is seeking a Philanthropy Operations Coordinator to support donor engagement, grants, events and reporting. This hybrid, on-site role collaborates with philanthropy, finance, marketing and clinical teams to ensure accurate donor records and timely campaign execution.

Ideal candidates hold an Associate’s degree with 2–4 years in nonprofit fundraising or administrative work, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• 2–4 years in administrative, project coordination, or nonprofit fundraising.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with database/CRM systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate donor acknowledgement and stewardship activities.
• Maintain donor records and generate routine fundraising reports.
• Support grant administration and campaign materials.
• Assist with event logistics and post-event reporting.
