Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and verify eligibility for the plasma pheresis process.
• Assist donors with the screening procedure and health history.
• Perform health screening tasks such as blood pressure, pulse, weight and temperature.
• Explain procedures to donors and answer questions professionally.
• Record donor data accurately in the information management system.
• Monitor donors during/afterpheresis for reactions and escalate as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and comply with safety policies.
• Handle phone inquiries and direct calls to appropriate staff.
• Maintain donor confidentiality and may cross-train in other areas.
• Bilingual skills may be required at the organization's discretion.
