Job summary

CSL Plasma in Fayetteville, AR is seeking a Donor Screening Associate to greet donors, guide registration, and verify suitability for plasma pheresis. You will perform health checks, document responses, and answer questions with professionalism.

After training, you may educate donors about the process, safety practices, and confidentiality while maintaining a clean work environment and teamwork. Overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) months experience in a clerical or customer service related position.
• Will perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors at the plasma collection center and guide them through the screening process.
• Perform health screening procedures such as blood pressure, pulse, weight, temperature and finger sticks for hematocrit and protein testing.
• Explain the screening process and center policies to donors after training.
• Register and transfer donors as needed based on training and center needs.
• Answer phone calls and route inquiries to appropriate staff.
