Job summary

CSL Vifor is seeking a Donor Center Associate in Tampa to greet donors, verify eligibility, and guide them through the screening process. You will assist with health history assessment, answer basic medical questions, and refer to medical staff when appropriate.

Responsibilities include operating the donor information system, maintaining a clean work area, and ensuring donor safety during pheresis. Prior experience in medical or customer service roles is preferred, with potential bilingual

Qualifications

• Experience in a clerical or customer service position; preferably in medical or health provider environment.
• Able to perform basic math calculations.
• Bilingual skills may be required at organization’s discretion.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors at the plasma collection center and verify donor suitability.
• Assist in donor screening procedures and health history collection.
• Explain procedures, appointment system, and center policies to donors.
• Record donor data accurately in the donor information system.
• Monitor donor well-being during/after pheresis and notify staff of issues.
