Job summary

CSL Vifor is seeking a front-line donor center associate in Evans, CO. The role greets donors, guides them through registration and screening, and supports health checks by trained staff.

The position requires a high school diploma and at least a few months in clerical or customer service work, preferably in healthcare. You will assist with donor education, data entry, and adherence to safety protocols. Training may lead to cross-training in other duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three months experience in a clerical or customer service position, preferably in medical or health provider environment or equivalent.
• Must be able to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors at the plasma collection center and conduct registration procedures to verify donor suitability.
• Assist qualified donors in screening procedures and perform health screening measures (BP, pulse, weight, temperature) and finger-stick hematocrit/total protein checks.
• Educate donors about therapeutic products from donated plasma and explain the screening process and center policies.
• Register applicants and transfer donors as needed after training.
• Answer phones or direct callers to appropriate staff and maintain accurate donor data in the information system.
• Monitor donor reactions during/after pheresis and notify staff as needed.
• Keep the work area clean and stocked, follow HSE/OSHA policies, and protect confidentiality.
