Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in clerical or customer service roles, preferably in healthcare.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive donor data.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and guide them through the screening process.
• Record donor information in the electronic donor information management system.
• Assess health history and perform basic health checks (blood pressure, temperature, weight).
• Refer donors to medical staff when appropriate.
• Answer phones and assist callers or transfer to appropriate staff.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and adhere to SOPs, OSHA, and HSE policies.
• Ensure donor questions are answered accurately and promptly.
