Job summary

CSL Vifor in Medina, OH is seeking a Donor Center Registrar to greet donors, verify eligibility, and guide them through registration. You will work under SOPs, performing health screenings and assisting with the registration process to ensure donor safety and compliance.

After training, you may educate donors about plasma-derived products, handle inquiries, record data accurately in the electronic system, and help maintain a clean, safe center environment while protecting donor confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3 months clerical or customer service experience.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and register them to verify eligibility.
• Assist donors with screening procedures per SOPs and health history.
• Perform health screenings (BP, pulse, weight, temperature) and finger-stick hematocrit/protein tests.
• Educate donors on plasma-derived products after training.
• Register/apply donor transfers as needed and answer inquiries.
• Record donor data accurately in the electronic system while maintaining confidentiality.
• Monitor donors for reactions and notify staff as needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and ensure supplies are stocked.
