Job summary

CSL Plasma is seeking a front-line donor center team member at our Baytown, TX location. You will greet donors, verify eligibility, and guide them through registration and screening steps.

After training, you may educate donors on plasma-derived therapeutic products and donor processes, ensure accurate data entry, and support cross-training across center operations while maintaining safety and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three months experience in clerical or customer service roles, preferably in medical/health settings.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and conduct registration to verify donor suitability.
• Assist with donor screening per SOPs and health history reviews.
• Perform health screenings (blood pressure, pulse, weight, temperature) and finger stick for hematocrit/total protein.
• Educate donors on therapeutic products and donor processes after training.
• Register applicants and transfer donors as needed after training.
• Answer phones and direct callers to appropriate staff.
• Monitor donor reactions and alert staff when necessary.
• Record donor data accurately in the electronic system.
• Maintain safe, clean work environment and adhere to HSE/OSHA policies.
• Maintain confidentiality of donor and center information.
• May be cross-trained in other areas and may require bilingual skills.
