Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum three months of clerical or customer service experience.
• Experience in medical or health provider setting preferred.
• Basic math calculations ability.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors at the plasma collection center and verify donor suitability.
• Assist donors with screening and health history questions.
• Perform health screening procedures (blood pressure, pulse, weight, temperature) and finger stick hematocrit.
• Educate donors on the donation process and policies after training.
• Maintain donor data in the electronic information system and ensure confidentiality.
• Answer phone questions and coordinate with staff.
