Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in Greenville, SC is seeking a Plasma Donor Screener who will perform phlebotomy to support center operations and ensure donor safety. You will report to the Plasma Center Manager and greet donors, screen new and repeat donors, and document donor information.

You should be comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays, and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and prior customer-facing experience is helpful.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to walk and stand for the full shift.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Fine motor coordination and depth perception for phlebotomy tasks.
• Prolonged glove use due to exposure to bloodborne pathogens.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, greet and focus on donors while ensuring safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors; record donor vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use the Donor Information System; prepare donor charts and maintain records; coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify opportunities for center process improvements and implement approved changes.
• Support donors with flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
