Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors while ensuring donor and team safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors; record vital signs and finger stick results.
• Maintain donor charts and coordinate donor compensation in the information system.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement approved procedures.
