Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, greet donors and focus on donors while ensuring safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record donor vitals and finger stick results.
• Use Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, maintain records and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify operational improvements and implement changes per company procedures.
