Job summary

Brethren Village Retirement Community, located in Lititz, PA, seeks a part-time Development and Volunteer Services Assistant to support both the Development and Volunteer Services offices. You will accurately enter and manage donor and volunteer records, process contributions, analyze data, and prepare reports.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years of Administrative/Office Assistant experience.
• Volunteer or fundraising office experience with donor databases preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter and manage donor and volunteer records in databases with accuracy.
• Process and acknowledge contributions and prepare reports.
• Assist with mailings and coordinate/staff large campus events.
• Work independently with electronic databases and other computer applications.
