Job summary

Moravian Manor in Lititz, PA, is looking for a compassionate Part-Time Activities Assistant to engage senior residents through creative activities. This position requires evening shifts and working every other weekend and holiday.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year experience working in a retirement home setting or rec center preferred.
• MDS experience preferred.
• Certified Dementia Practitioner a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor unit activities and content of programs.
• Implement individual and group activities, supervise residents’ use of equipment.
• Oversee documentation of resident participation assessment.
