Brethren Village Retirement Community in Lititz, PA seeks an Insurance & Admission Associate for full-time on-site work. Responsibilities include insurance verification, admissions coordination, and providing tours and information to prospective Residents and families.

The role requires at least 1 year of related health insurance processing experience, strong communication, HIPAA compliance, and proficient use of Word, Outlook, and Excel. Weekend/evening flexibility may be needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of health insurance processing experience.
• Ability to interpret referrals and insurance policies, including Medicare coverage.
• Strong customer service and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review referrals and insurance policies to verify coverage prior to admission.
• Coordinate insurance verification and admission-related tasks to support occupancy goals.
• Meet with Residents and families to provide accurate information and facility tours.
