Brethren Village Retirement Community, in Lititz, PA, is seeking a full-time Receiver / Purchasing & Inventory Coordinator for our Dining areas.
The Receiver / Purchasing & Inventory Coordinator helps control food cost, reduce waste and spoilage, support vendor accountability, and maintain safe, organized, and service-ready kitchen and dining storage areas.
The Receiver / Purchasing & Inventory Coordinator performs a variety of duties to support Dining Services, including coordinating food and supply purchasing, receiving vendor deliveries, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring products are stored, rotated, and available for meal service, catering, and special events.
A valid PA driver’s license; proof of personal auto insurance; a driving record free from serious or excessive violation is required.
The Receiver / Purchasing & Inventory Coordinator must be able to safely lift up to 50 pounds; must be able to stand and walk frequently during an 8 hour shift; must be able to push supply carts; must be able to frequently bend, reach, stoop during an 8 hour shift.
