Brethren Village Retirement Community, in Lititz, PA, is seeking qualified RN Supervisors / RN Clinical Care Coordinators for our 120-bed Skilled Nursing Facility and 20-bed Short Term Rehabilitation Center.

Brethren Village's RN Care Coordinators are eligible for competitive pay rates and generous shift differentials ($3.00 extra per hour on the evening shift, $2.00 extra per hour on the night shift, plus $1.00 extra per hour on weekends), plus an overtime premium if working over 40 hours in a week.

The RN Clinical Care Coordinator works collaboratively with other RN’s, LPN's, CNA’s, the Director of Nursing, and physicians to monitor and manage Residents’ care needs; update Residents’ plans of care; provide leadership, oversight, and guidance for assigned staff; and provide direct patient care when needed.

Brethren Village RN Care Coordinators have the opportunity to establish supportive relationships with our Residents; receive on-going clinical skills training; and receive mentoring and guidance from the Director of Nursing and other clinical leaders. These are great professional development opportunities for qualified RN's.

Current Available Work Schedules

• Full-time, benefits-eligible, 37.5 to 40 hours per week: 6:45 a.m. - 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday ; occasional weekend work may be required (Skilled Nursing Facility)
• Part-time: 10:45 a.m. - 11:00 p.m., Saturdays and Sundays (Skilled Nursing Facility) or 10:45 p.m. - 7:0 0 a.m., Tuesdays and Fridays (Short Term Rehab. Center)

Requirements

Core Requirements:

• a high school diploma or G.E.D.
• basic computer skills: the ability to access and navigate web sites, and use software, apps, and databases independently
• the ability to complete online training independently
• dependability: ability and willingness to meet attendance standards
• attention to safety: ability and willingness to consistently work in a safe and alert manner, and to report to work fit for duty; commitment to wearing protective equipment as required for the position and adhering to all health and safety standards
• commitment to treating each Resident, Team Member, and member of the Brethren Village community with respect

Additional Requirements for this Position:

• valid PA RN credentials
• current CPR and First Aid certification
• at least 1 year of nursing experience in a leadership, supervisory, or mentoring role (Charge Nurse or RN Supervisor)
• disease and case management experience
• demonstrated commitment to consistently providing the highest quality clinical care
• ability and willingness to provide effective guidance, coaching, support, and supervision to nurses and CNA's, and to work collaboratively with staff
• the ability to safely transfer Residents, properly using mechanical lifts when necessary; to safely push adult Residents in wheel chairs; to safely assist Residents who may begin to fall
• the ability to quickly and safely assist Residents during emergency evacuations and other emergency situations, and to calmly direct staff
• the ability to remain calm and provide effective care in a fast-paced environment
• thorough understanding of HIPAA regulations
