Job summary

The Salvation Army Southern CA Division is seeking a Donor Relations Coordinator to support donor relations, cultivation, and stewardship for mid-level donors in the Southern California region. The role emphasizes timely acknowledgments, proactive donor communication, and accurate record-keeping.

Responsibilities include coordinating donor updates, events, and monthly reporting while building strong relationships with donors. A Bachelor’s degree and experience with donor databases are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with caseload donors through updates, calls, emails, cards, and gifts.
• Create donor acknowledgments and receipts within 24 hours.
• Thank donors within 48 hours via phone or email.
• Document donor details and track giving in the donor database; provide monthly reports on giving patterns.
