Job summary

CPAC Foundation is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support donor relations and revenue initiatives within the Giving team. You’ll coordinate prospect outreach, donor follow-ups, and fundraising logistics, while senior staff handle major solicitations and partnerships.

The ideal candidate is relationship-oriented, highly organized, and proactive, with a passion for community impact and a willingness to attend fundraising events as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, public relations, or related field preferred.
• One to two years in sales, fundraising, donor relations, or sponsorship development preferred.
• Exemplary verbal, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and CRM/donor management systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate donor outreach and follow-ups with individual and business donors.
• Maintain donor records in CRM and prepare donor reports and fundraising materials.
• Support donor acknowledgments, communications, and event planning activities.
• Assist with donor retention campaigns and sponsorship programs.
• Schedule meetings and manage follow-up calendars with partners.
