Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong Salesforce and Office suite skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with donor records, pledges, and reporting workflows.
• Familiarity with nonprofit fundraising processes and ethics.

Responsibilities

• Draft donor acknowledgments and tax receipts in a timely, accurate manner.
• Maintain Salesforce donor data and reconcile records monthly with Finance.
• Prepare fundraising reports and support major events and operations.
• Coordinate meetings, calendars, and documentation for the Development team.
