Job summary

Healing Hand Foundation, the charitable arm of SEARHC, seeks a fundraising administrator to manage donor data, ensure accurate gift processing, and support stewardship and reporting. The role collaborates across Foundation and SEARHC teams, coordinating fundraising events, outreach, and program administration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related experience.
• 3+ years of professional administrative experience in healthcare, nonprofit and/or tribal settings.
• Experience maintaining data, databases and records.
• Experience following defined processes and procedures.
• Experience with fundraising, events or community engagement is a plus.
• Experience working with CRMs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversees donor data management and recognition and supports donor stewardship and fundraising activities.
• Oversees the gift acceptance process for all donations and ensures proper accounting in financial reporting.
• Maintains donor database and fundraising platform with data QA/QC and automated workflows.
• Provides coordination support for public outreach activities and foundation programs.
• Supports document preparation for board meetings, reporting, and donation solicitation.
• Communicates and performs responsibilities to promote the Foundation and SEARHC missions.
