Job summary

The SouthEast Alaska Regional Health Consortium (SEARHC) seeks a fundraising operations coordinator for the Healing Hand Foundation. You will manage donor data, coordinate gift processing, acknowledgments, reporting, and support foundation programs and events.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree, 3+ years in nonprofit administration, and familiarity with CRMs. You will collaborate across SEARHC departments and external partners to advance philanthropic goals and ensure donor stewardship

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related experience.
• 3+ years of professional administrative experience in healthcare, nonprofit and/or tribal settings.
• Experience maintaining data, databases and records.
• Experience following and developing defined processes and procedures.
• Experience in fundraising, event planning or community engagement is a plus.
• Experience with CRMs is a plus.
• Knowledge of ethical standards and governance.

Responsibilities

• Oversees donor data management, including recording donations and acknowledgements.
• Manages donor recognition and integration into financial reporting.
• Maintains donor database and fundraising platform with QA/QC.
• Produces fundraising reports and automates workflows.
• Supports Foundation events and community engagement activities.
• Provides administrative support for Foundation programs and board meetings.
