Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in nonprofit management, marketing, communications, business administration or related field.
• Five (5) years’ experience in a nonprofit fundraising environment.
• Management or supervisory experience.

Aufgaben

• Provide strategic oversight for direct response fundraising campaigns across multichannel channels such as email, mail, SMS, social media and digital ads.
• Plan and execute high-profile donor events, coordinating timelines, budgets, staff, vendors and volunteers.
• Design and lead donor stewardship programs to increase retention and giving levels across all giving segments.
• Develop and lead strategies to grow revenue through recurring giving, corporate matching gifts, peer-to-peer fundraising and tribute giving.
• Cultivate corporate and community partnerships to secure philanthropic support and refer major prospects to the Donor Relations team.
• Oversee the volunteer program and manage the Volunteer Manager to align engagement with organizational goals.
