Job summary

PTSD Foundation of America is seeking a Philanthropy and Fundraising Coordinator to support fundraising operations, donor engagement, and stewardship. The role involves donor research, data management, reporting, and coordinating with the team to achieve fundraising goals.

You will assist with campaigns, donor communications, and development administration while ensuring data integrity and program alignment with the organization's mission and values. Some evenings and weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have experience with nonprofit fundraising, donor stewardship, or related operations.
• Strong data management and reporting capabilities with an eye for detail.
• Familiarity with fundraising campaigns and donor communications is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support departmental fundraising goals and organizational initiatives.
• Create reports, clean data, and analyze donor analytics.
• Prepare donor profiles, lists, and fundraising queries.
• Process donations and generate donor acknowledgments and stewardship materials.
• Track revenues, expenses, sponsorship activity, and budgets.
• Assist with sponsorship opportunities and events.
• Conduct donor research to support stewardship strategies.
• Develop stewardship programs engaging donors, volunteers, and community supporters.
• Promote programs and events to strengthen donor retention and public awareness.
• Prepare materials for meetings and campaigns; coordinate with grant writers as needed.
