The Jacobs School of Music at Indiana University in Bloomington seeks a part-time Development and Events Coordinator to support donor relations, communications, and events. You will help plan engagements, manage donor data, and provide administrative support to the Development Office.

This in-person role emphasizes professionalism, accuracy, and effective collaboration with IU Foundation, Alumni Association, and campus partners to enhance donor experiences and sustain fundraising efforts.

Qualifications

• Required: High school diploma or equivalent (HSED or GED).
• Required: 1 year experience in development and/or events planning.
• Preferred: Experience in fundraising, donor relations, arts administration, or nonprofit organizations.
• Preferred: Experience coordinating events and constituent engagement.

Responsabilités

• Support donor cultivation and stewardship activities.
• Coordinate donor relations and stewardship activities.
• Manage event logistics and timelines.
• Prepare donor communications and materials.
