Indiana University’s Jacobs School of Music seeks an Admissions & Recruitment professional to lead a holistic recruitment yield plan and coordinate events that attract diverse student populations. The role partners with departments to craft strategic communications and build outreach to prospective students.

Required are a Bachelor's degree and at least two years in admissions or related fields. The position is on-site at IU Bloomington, offering comprehensive benefits and competitive salary.

• Maintains, implements and oversees a holistic recruitment yield tactical plan for recruitment.
• Develops, implements, and administers plans, programs, and events for general and targeted student recruitment.

• Interprets academic policies and exercises authority and independent judgment.
• Plans, implements, and evaluates programs and processes and determines effectiveness of markets and strategies.
