Job summary

Indiana University Health is seeking a Philanthropy Services Officer-Intermediate to lead the end-to-end planning and execution of a high-volume portfolio of Foundation events. You will work in a hybrid, full-time role with on-site event coordination and donor-focused engagement across Indiana.

You will develop processes, maintain donor records, and support reporting and stewardship activities to strengthen the donor experience and fundraising outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Requires 3-5 years of relevant fundraising experience.
• Requires working knowledge of fundraising software (Raiser's Edge, Salesforce).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute end-to-end Foundation events from concept to post-event wrap-up.
• Manage on-site setup, logistics and staff coordination for high-volume events.
• Maintain donor records, ensure data accuracy and reporting for program decisions.
• Support gift processing, prospect research and donor communications.
