Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking an Associate Director in the Donor Relations team to oversee fund administration and financial stewardship reporting. You will coordinate with ISM and Finance to ensure data accuracy, drive improvements, and deliver high-quality donor communications.

The role emphasizes governance of fund terms, reporting, and stakeholder education, with a hybrid work model and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 5–7 years of related experience.
• Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manages inbound fund data requests and serves as primary contact for fund data, lists, and reports.
• Ensures funds are used per terms in collaboration with Finance and admins.
• Resolves complex fund administration issues with Finance, admins, and GC as needed.
• Collaborates on process improvements and tech solutions for reporting, fund management, and compliance.
• Tracks fund terms, maturities, and expenditures; recommends funds for stewardship.
• Supports special projects and compiles financial information for gift proposals.
• Produces donor financial reports (current-use and endowment) and develops bespoke reports.
• Develops stewardship metrics with the Director and shares findings.
• Participates in professional development and internal opportunities.
• Contributes to positive office morale during busy periods.
