Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3+ years in donor relations, fundraising, or related field.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication across audiences.
• Experience handling confidential information with discretion.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM/donor databases.

Responsibilities

• Oversee internal administrative operations of the Development Department.
• Coordinate donor relations, stewardship, and reporting.
• Assist in grant research, preparation, and compliance.
• Develop and manage fundraising campaigns and events.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support development communications.
