• Provide administrative and project support to the Senior Director of Development with professionalism and discretion.
• Prepare reports, lists, donor acknowledgements, mail merges, correspondence, and other materials that support the work of the development team.
• Monitor assignments, deadlines, and ongoing projects, proactively keeping priorities on track and ensuring important details do not fall through the cracks.
• Work closely with colleagues at WUSF and the USF Foundation to solve problems and support team goals.
• Identify opportunities to optimize recurring processes and administrative workflows.
• Support donor engagement activities, including events, recognition, and communications that help strengthen relationships with WUSF’s leading supporters.
• Maintain accurate donor and fundraising records in Salesforce and related systems, helping ensure information is complete, current, and reliable.
