Job summary

AdventHealth in Greenwood Village, CO is seeking a development officer to lead donor cultivation, recognition programs, and annual giving within a regional fundraising initiative.

You will manage campaigns, coordinate with marketing and events teams, maintain the fundraising calendar, and produce accurate activity reports.

A Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in fundraising or sales are required; strong MS Office skills and willingness to travel within Central Florida are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 3+ years as a development officer or 4+ years in sales/marketing.
• Experience in fundraising campaigns, donor cultivation, and major gifts preferred.
• Ability to travel within the Central Florida area.

Responsibilities

• Manages selection and presentation of recognition awards.
• Develops and oversees revenue-generating Foundation appeals.
• Maintains the fundraising calendar and tracks events and campaigns.
• Identifies, cultivates, solicits, and stewards individual and corporate donors.
• Manages the Grateful Patient Program and donor recognition.
• Oversees Annual Giving for all constituents and mass mailings.
• Provides accountability with accurate reporting of fundraising activity.
• Directs the foundation team in donor research, campaign coordination, and stewardship.
