Job summary

Magnify of Central Florida seeks a Director of Development to grow philanthropic support and lead communications that advance opportunity for people with disabilities. This is a fundraising-first leadership role focused on donor relationships, major gifts, and a strategic fundraising plan.

Reporting to the Executive Director, you will shape a small team including a Marketing Manager and Development Operations Coordinator.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of fundraising or philanthropic advancement experience required; seven+ preferred.
• Proven success in direct asks and donor cultivation of $25,000+.
• Experience developing fundraising strategies, forecasting, and donor stewardship.

Responsibilities

• Qualify, cultivate, solicit, renew, and steward donors $25k+ independently and with leaders.
• Develop and implement annual fundraising strategy, budget, calendar, and forecast.
• Advance major, recurring, corporate, parish, grant, and legacy giving opportunities.
