Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent. Some college preferred.
• 1-2 years' experience with Raiser's Edge or similar donor database.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy are required.
• Willingness to work as a team member and desire to learn donor relations skills and concepts.
• Demonstrate ability to maintain high level of confidentiality, prioritizing deadlines and the ability to work on multiple projects with tight deadlines in a changing environment.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook software programs required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the integrity of the donor database and ensure accuracy of reporting.
• Coordinate project work and assist with events as needed.
• Manage database queries and reporting tasks.
• Support intern and volunteer training and related tasks.
