Job summary

Grand Rapids Community Foundation seeks a Database Manager to work with the Development team, extracting information from the AkoyaGO database and preparing reports, lists, and mailings. You will help measure Development performance and oversee the annual appeal process, supporting donor stewardship and research on prospective donors.

You will collaborate across teams, communicating effectively about sensitive issues and cultivating relationships with diverse communities.

Qualifications

• Experience with donor databases and reporting tools.
• Ability to extract data and generate actionable insights.
• Strong communication and listening skills for donor interactions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare reports and mailing lists to support fundraising campaigns.
• Coordinate annual appeal activities and donor stewardship initiatives.
• Gather information to measure Development performance and inform strategy.
• Administer research activities on prospective donors and interact with donors as needed.
