Job summary

Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Santa Rosa seeks a Development Services Manager to oversee donor database operations, stewardship, and events that support fundraising goals. You will collaborate with Development, Finance, Marketing, and leadership to ensure accurate data, timely acknowledgments, and strong donor experiences.

Responsibilities include managing gift processing, reporting, dashboards, and donor communications; coordinating engagement activities; and ensuring data integrity

Qualifications

• High school diploma or HSE required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• 3–5 years in fundraising administration, donor stewardship, or related work.
• 4–6 years in fund development may substitute for a Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Administer donor database, gift processing, and constituent management.
• Coordinate donor stewardship, acknowledgments, and engagement activities.
• Plan and manage donor events, reporting, and data-driven fundraising initiatives.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure accurate reporting and donor experience.
