Job summary

Catholic Health is seeking a donor relations professional to support St. Francis Hospital Foundation by receiving, processing and acknowledging gifts, maintaining donor data in Raiser's Edge NXT, and producing fundraising reports.

The role requires strong communications, excellent organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities, including occasional evenings or weekends for donor meetings and events. Bachelor's degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred and strong communications skills.
• Experience with databases or donor management systems is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Receives, processes and books gifts in accordance with IRS and donor requirements.
• Queries and analyzes data to reconcile revenue with Finance daily.
• Maintains donor CRM data integrity for St. Francis Hospital Foundation.
• Prepares fundraising reports and maintains pledge reminders.
• Trains staff in Raiser's Edge NXT as needed.
• Assists with editing newsletters and supports volunteer activities.
