Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1 year experience in development or nonprofit field.
• 2+ years of experience in development environment.
• Experience with fundraising databases.

Responsibilities

• Manage donor records and gift acknowledgments.
• Oversee donor campaigns and annual giving activities.
• Serve as internal expert on fundraising databases.
• Update donor records and generate reports.
• Ensure timely gift processing and acknowledgments.
• Coordinate communications and appeals.
• Assist with board meetings and scholarships.
• Cultivate new donor relationships and stewardship.
