Versiti Blood Center of Michigan is hiring a Donor Driver Specialist to perform phlebotomy collection and support mobile drive operations. You will interact with donors and coordinators, ensuring a high-quality donation experience and safety on the road.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; relevant certifications preferred.
• 1-3 years of people-facing experience preferred; willingness to learn.
• Valid driver license and ability to operate a mobile drive vehicle.
• Knowledge of safety and customer service best practices.

Responsibilities

• Follows DOT guidelines when operating a commercial van and transports staff safely.
• Loads/unloads supplies, sets up at mobile sites, and manages equipment.
• Performs donor screening, mini-physical, and phlebotomy tasks.
• Delivers a positive, service-centric donor experience and handles inquiries.
• Maintains records, rebooks donors, and supports a collaborative team culture.
