Qualifications

• Experience building, nurturing, and expanding philanthropic relationships.
• Experience with donor/stakeholder stewardship and engagement programs.
• Ability to analyze data to track partnerships and inform strategy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong relationship-building across stakeholders.
• Background in nonprofit fundraising, philanthropy, or child/family well-being preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment and manage multiple priorities across teams.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate, manage, and grow relationships with individual donors, foundations, and corporate partners.
• Develop and implement partnership strategies and proposals reflecting program impact.
