Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Program Manager, Donor Relations to oversee a system-wide donor relations program, communicating the impact of philanthropy across the health system and celebrating donor contributions.

Reporting to the Director of Philanthropy Communications and Donor Relations, you will design structured recognition and reporting cadences, partnering with frontline fundraisers to strengthen donor loyalty and upgrade giving across Endeavor Health's hospital foundations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in fundraising, marketing, communications, business or related field.
• Experience in donor relations and philanthropy communications is a plus.
• Strong writing, storytelling and CRM documentation skills required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Philanthropy Communications to produce stewardship vehicles (templates, reports, communications for leadership and donors).
• Lead stewardship meetings with frontline fundraising teams with clear owners and timelines.
• Maintain donor CRM records, coordinate pledge balances and reminders with Donor Services.
• Contribute ideas to advance program impact and stewarding campaigns.
• Maintain donor recognition walls and ensure accurate historical donor files.
