Versiti is seeking a part-time Call Center Agent in Grand Rapids, MI who will work in office and remote days, with a schedule of 8-hour shifts. You will engage donors, document information, and provide professional service while adhering to processes and training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 1–3 years customer service experience, preferably in a contact center environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to demonstrate sales techniques and overcome objections.
• Good attention to detail and accurate data entry.
• Results-oriented and able to collaborate with management to meet goals.
• Able to multi-task and communicate progress effectively.
• Proficient with computers and able to learn job-specific applications.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls encouraging current blood donors to schedule appointments.
• Use computer systems to document information.
• Provide friendly, professional service on every call.
• Follow training to support donor needs.
• Adhere to work schedule and meet productivity and quality goals.
• Provide excellent customer service and donor information.
• Advocate Versiti’s mission in the community.
• Perform other duties as required.
