Job summary

San Diego Blood Bank is seeking a Senior Supervisor, Donor Operations - Mobiles to oversee donor collection activities at fixed sites and mobile units. You will ensure safety, potency and purity of products, while promoting exceptional customer service and regulatory compliance across NCW and related teams.

The role requires leadership to coach staff, manage schedules, and travel to sites as needed, with emphasis on donor recruitment, rescheduling, and community outreach to strengthen donor

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of supervisor or team leader experience.
• Previous blood bank experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily NCW and other activities of the assigned fixed site/mobiles and use Daily Collection Plan.
• Regularly report to assigned Manager, NCW, with recommendations on major problems, improvements, and achievements.
• Mentor, coach, develop and empower all staff; act as role model and resource.
