Job summary

OneBlood is seeking a phlebotomist to perform donor blood collection on mobile units and fixed sites. The role requires obtaining donor medical history and vitals, performing phlebotomy, and delivering compassionate service aligned with FDA and AABB standards.

You will contribute to donor recruitment efforts and maintain safety and accuracy in all procedures, while supporting a fast-paced blood collection environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read, understand and follow safety rules, instructions and manuals.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Obtains medical history and vitals from donors and/or patients.
• Performs phlebotomy and collection procedures to collect blood or blood components.
• Displays excellent customer service and professionalism towards all customers.
• Assists with recruitment of potential apheresis and bone marrow donors.
