Job summary
LifeServe Blood Center seeks a passionate, hands-on Site Supervisor II to oversee Hospital Service and Donor Service teams, plus donor center/mobile operations. You will guide staff, ensure efficient blood collections, and help achieve life-saving goals in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
The role includes supervising multiple departments, maintaining compliance, and mentoring staff to foster professional growth and safe operations.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of LifeServe leadership experience preferred.
- 2+ years of medical or blood banking leadership experience required.
- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, etc.) and a willingness to engage in learning other software.
Responsibilities
- Supervises staff to ensure personnel perform duties in compliance with policies and procedures.
- Oversees collections goals, sites, and departments.
- Manages donor centers, mobiles, and hospital services operations.
- Performs technical duties for donor screening, blood collection, and automation production.
- Promotes team member retention and professional growth through positive culture and mentoring.
