Job summary

The High Museum of Art in Atlanta is seeking a Development Operations Coordinator to support our fundraising efforts by handling gift processing, renewal notices, donor records, reporting, and donor stewardship. You will collaborate across departments to ensure timely processing and excellent donor service.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years in nonprofit fundraising operations, with experience in donor databases.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred; 2–4 years in fundraising operations or related administrative role.
Experience with donor databases or CRM systems is preferred (Raiser's Edge, Salesforce, Tessitura).
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

Gift processing and renewals for individual giving, memberships, and events.
Maintain donor records and ensure accuracy in the CRM/database; generate lists for communications.
Prepare donor acknowledgements and tax receipts; support endowment reporting and stewardship.
Prepare routine and ad hoc fundraising reports; assist with data collection for campaigns and development reporting.
Coordinate donor communications, events, RSVP tracking, and related logistics.
