Job summary

The Woodruff Arts Center is a leading, multidisciplinary nonprofit in Atlanta, home to the High Museum of Art, Alliance Theatre, and Atlanta Symphony Orchestra. The Development Operations Coordinator supports gift processing, donor stewardship, CRM maintenance, and reporting to strengthen fundraising initiatives and donor experiences.

The role emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality, and cross-department collaboration, with a Monday–Friday schedule and occasional evenings/weekends for program

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2-4 years of fundraising operations, database administration, customer service, or related administrative support role.
• Experience communicating with museum staff, members, donors, and volunteers.
• Experience with donor databases or CRMs such as Raiser's Edge, Salesforce, Tessitura, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Process gifts for all donation channels (online, mail, in-person) and renewals for membership programs.
• Maintain donor records in the database and support reconciliation of donation records.
• Prepare donor acknowledgments, tax receipts, and endowment reports.
• Support communications, events, RSVP tracking, and logistics for Development Office activities.
