Qualifications

• Must have strong communication skills and the ability to mentor and lead Donation Coordinators.
• Experience in a donor operations or coordination role preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of escalation for Donation Coordinators with real-time guidance.
• Provide mentorship and feedback to Donation Coordinators I–III.
• Manage staffing levels and delegate tasks to ensure continuity of service.
